"New Sense" by iLLa wiLLa

NEW SENSE

"New Sense" is William Peterson's debut release, inspired by the notion that we as individuals must strive to break through societal routine in order to maintain one's sense of individuality.

The video was filmed at Jacobe Warehouse in downtown Wilmington, North Carolina, a location that holds deep sentimental value to Peterson. "Being here again is like visiting my childhood playhouse" says Peterson, who recalls spending much time there growing up. "New Sense was composed during a particularly emotional time in my life, and I wanted to convey those emotions in a way that could be transformed into other people's interpretations of their own struggle".
